Art. 523 Company Code

In relation to the stock option plan of Tessenderlo Group, the application has been made of art. 523 of the Belgian Company Code, as one of the directors - more specifically the CEO - is also one of the beneficiaries. This includes, among other things, confirmation that the CEO has not participated in the deliberation and the decision in this regard.
